Welcome to Deluphoria (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or interacting with us through Instagram or any sales platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all purchases made through Deluphoria.
By continuing to use our website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed through:

- Instagram Direct Message
After placing an order, customers will receive a secure payment link.
Orders are processed only after successful payment.
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion in case of incorrect information, non-payment, or stock issues.
3. Payment Terms
We accept:
- UPI
- Netbanking
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.
All payments must be completed within the validity period of the payment link to confirm your order.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary during high volume periods or holidays.
5. Shipping
We ship across India using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier conditions.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, festivals, weather, or external circumstances are outside our control.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated before payment.
6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is:
- damaged
- incorrect
- missing
- defective in a significant way
A clear, continuous unboxing video from opening the sealed package is mandatory for any claim.
Customer Responsibility
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Replacement shipping charges must also be paid by the customer (product cost is waived for valid claims).
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
7. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate product details and information.
However, minor variations such as tiny specks, slight color differences, or small print shifts may occur.
These minor imperfections are normal and do not qualify for return or replacement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Deluphoria shall not be liable for:
- shipping delays
- courier mishandling beyond our control
- customer-provided incorrect addresses
- losses arising from misuse of products
- claims made after the time window specified in our policies
9. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

At Deluphoria, we want your K-pop goodies to reach you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India only.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeline: 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time.
4. Shipping Charges
The standard shipping fee is ₹100 per order.
Shipping charges may vary during special promotions, discounts, festival offers, or limited-time coupon codes.
Any active offers will be communicated at the time of ordering and may change dynamically.
Shipping fee will be communicated before payment.
5. Courier Partners
We ship via reliable third-party courier companies and India Post services. Tracking details will be provided as soon as they’re available.
Deluphoria is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

We want you to love your Deluphoria merch! However, due to the nature of our small-batch, fan-made products, returns are limited.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor imperfections (tiny dots, specks, small shifts in print, or slight colour variation)
- Regular wear and tear
These small variations are normal and do not affect the overall look or functionality of the product.
2. Eligible for Replacement
A replacement is offered only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- Items are missing from your order
- There is a major manufacturing defect
3. Mandatory Condition: Unboxing Video
A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for any replacement request.
The video must show:
- the sealed parcel
- the opening process
- the issue clearly visible
Without an unboxing video, we are unable to process claims.
4. Replacement Charges
- Replacement product cost: Free for valid claims
- Shipping charges: Customer must pay for replacement shipping
- Return shipping (if required): Customer must pay
5. Time Window to Request Replacement
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
6. Not Eligible for Replacement
We cannot replace items due to:
- minor imperfections
- product handling damage after delivery
- use/wear of product
- delays caused by courier
- dissatisfaction with design choices after purchase

Refunds at Deluphoria are limited and processed under specific conditions.
1. No Refunds for Regular Orders
We do not provide refunds for:
- Successful orders
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by courier services
- Minor imperfections
2. Refunds Are Offered Only When:
- A product is out of stock
- A replacement is not possible
- You received the wrong item AND replacement is not available
- Your order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen issues
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Missing unboxing video
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Failure to receive parcel due to customer unavailability
- Return shipping costs (borne by customer)
